Since 2010, ‘escent has been giving special attention to continuous training. It is part of our DNA to detect potential and train our people to become valuable business analysts. This year, we went further with the implementation of a new initiative dedicated to business analysts to-be, at the beginning of their careers: the ‘escent Academy. The last two weeks of September, some of our senior consultants and experienced trainers will provide intense training sessions to our five new “associates” in our Brussels’ premises. This project reflects our investment to provide our collaborators with a strong basis of methods and techniques allowing them to dive into the job smoothly. A complete and thorough program will be covered, including subjects as business and functional analysis, testing, soft-skills, … A close follow-up by senior consultants, happy to share their knowledge, will be organized on a regular basis throughout their first missions.
Our customers are already enthusiastic and willing to build the new generation of analysts with us, knowing that the job requires to master a wide skillset on technical, methodological and personal levels. We are more than happy to take up this challenge with them, around the continuous improvement value we share. ‘escent wants to bring a fresh and ambitious look to IT analysis and will continue to do so in the forthcoming years.
