On the 22nd of June escent has been through a major phase of its Academy in Brussels. Indeed, through this initiative we are willing to open our doors to newly-graduated and young talents. The chosen candidates will join us from September and begin with an intense training period. Then they will start a mission for a customer with the guidance of senior escenters. Our objective is to train them so that they become experts in their field.
The pre-selected candidates were welcomed by our Recruitment Consultant Hélène Lieffrig who introduced the programme of the day with the help of Benoit Cardinael, Founder and Associate of escent. He explained the case study to our candidates, who were then separated into two teams. They had the opportunity to work on a fictive case, close to real projects escent manages: a digitalization project within a bank. This case, written by our consultants Olivier Bretin and Frederic Lust, was the opportunity for the candidates to understand the Business Analysis job better. We were gladly impressed by the motivation and involvement they showed despite the heat!
After that challenging day for the candidates as well as for us, we all had a drink and shared feedback. Some escenters kindly joined in order to share their experience.
Our team agrees on the fact that this first step of the escent Academy has been a success. We can’t wait to start this enriching project with the selected candidates in September!
