We had the pleasure of bringing together all the ‘escenters for our Yearly Event. This event provided an invaluable opportunity for team bonding and celebrating our collective achievements.

This year, we added a twist to the event with Scottish games, a combination of physical challenges and collaborative activities. These games fostered teamwork and friendly competition, leaving us with good memories. It is always a pleasure to engage in such activities, highlighting the team spirit that defines us!

ComColors training: understanding our unique profiles

Our team had the privilege of diving deep into the ComColors training, a transformative experience that helped us understand and leverage our personalities for enhanced communication and stress management. This training equipped us with tools to enhance collaboration and navigate daily challenges more effectively as Business Analysts.

We explored the various “colors” of our personalities, each representing different traits and preferences.

Knowing your ComColors profile can truly enhance how you work, communicate, and make decisions. We now approach our roles with deeper self-awareness, enabling us to foster stronger, more insightful collaborations.
