REQUIREMENTS ENGINEERING CERTIFICATION

CPRE: Globally Recognized Certification in Requirements Engineering

The Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE) certificate is awarded by the International Requirements Engineering Board (IREB) to individuals in recognition of their knowledge in this field. Although the certification process is overseen by the board, education is carried out by independent training providers. Exams are conducted and assessed by approved certification bodies.

Currently, there are two levels of certification; the Foundation and the Advanced levels. The syllabus for an Expert Level is being planned for release in the near future.

Studies can be done through one of the IREB’s recognized training providers, either in a classroom or online. Alternatively, you can opt for self-study by following the syllabi available on the IREB’s website.
