Last week, most of the escenters from both Brussels and Luxembourg gathered at our yearly team event.

Thanks to the initiative of our consultant Eleni, some fit and daring escenters first took part in the Run & dance race in the city centre of Luxembourg. With more than two hundred runners, this has been a real challenge for our teams. One of them has even been preselected for the “most creative team name” prize: A bottle of run!

After hydrating our athletes, escenters headed to Bel-Air hotel, Echternach. A wonderful buffet was waiting for us here, as well as a dance floor ruled by a cool DJ. We know how to work, but party doesn’t have more secrets for us! The night has been short and cheerful.

Day two, escenters were already fresh and dynamic! But as we always need a challenge, here was the aim of the game: 3 different continents, 3 competitors for one customer only. Who is going to build the best pipeline and win the contract for construction? The super solid and well-designed prototype of South-America won the competition and the team has been offered an award made of candies.

Time to eat! We then followed a picturesque road next to the Moselle on our way to Remich where we enjoyed a nice meal on a boat.

Our last activity together has been visiting the caves St Martin. We had a chance to visit the wine cellars, and completed the day with a Crémant testing session. The discovery of the sparkling wines, naturally elaborated according to an ancestral method, took place in underground galleries of nearly 1 km long. Fresh and delicious!

Thanks a lot to our colleague Hélène who took care of the whole event organisation. We enjoyed our time together and are grateful that individual qualities are at the heart of our human resources priorities as much as professional skills.
