On Thursday the 4th of May, our associate Olivier Duyckaerts, Olivier Bretin and Nicolas Crahay (two escenters) had the chance to attend the ITnation Golden-I event in Belval, in the Knowledge-Sharing Center auditorium of the University campus. First the Luxembourg Prime Minister Xavier Bettel delivered a speech about the perspectives of Luxembourg ICT community and its challenges. A representative of Gartner then did a presentation of the impacts of digital technologies on our society. Escenters found the subject very interesting and lively, as the speaker used many anecdotes and a story telling scheme. Finally, the Awards were distributed different activities such as the Cloud, the innovative start-up of the year, and above all the CIO of the year! Congrats to Gilles Feith from CTIE (State Technologies & Information Technologies) who won the price this year, on the 10th edition of the event. The conclusion of the evening was a networking walking diner: the perfect opportunity to get to catch up with former customers & colleagues, but also future ones!
