Since 2010, ‘escent has been giving special attention to continuous training. It is part of our DNA to detect potential and train our people to become valuable business analysts. 2017 was the year we went one step further with the implementation of a new initiative dedicated to business analysts to-be, at the beginning of their careers: the ‘escent Academy.
