We are implementing this entry pathway in order to boost the Business Analyst and Functional Analyst profession, which is under pressure in the market, particularly due to a lack or scarcity of professional training programs in higher education.
At our company, we believe in nurturing new talent by recruiting postgraduates and providing them with rigorous internal training. In this initiative we team up with our clients. This partnership allows them to benefit from the unique perspectives and fresh academic knowledge that these young graduates bring to the table. Our experienced mentors guide and support these new entrants as they develop the multifaceted skills and expertise needed for future assignments.
