CPRE Certification – An IREB Project in Progress

More than 26,000 candidates in 64 countries have passed the IREB’s CPRE Foundation Level exam since 2007. Currently, examinations are available at this level and for three modules at the Advanced Level.

There is no intention for the certification process to stop there. The board is working on the development of a syllabus for certification at Expert Level. Apart from that, they are continuously striving to improve the quality of CPRE certification and develop new modules.

Working groups are formed by the executive committee to develop and maintain syllabi and terminology. These groups are also responsible for the continuous monitoring of the quality of the CPRE exams.

Unlike many other institutions, the IREB is not a closed society. They welcome contributions from outside professionals who would like to add their expertise to the ongoing effort to improve the profession.
