Business Analyst Agile Methodology is a process where a direct link between developers and end users is created. This is a software methodology that is based on the premise of changing specifications which don’t require lengthy sequential processes due to changes. Adaptability and flexibility are key components to Business Analyst agile methodology. The analyst develops an overall scope of a project and assesses the necessary requirements, without going into too much detail because said analyst knows that the requirement specifications will change and therefore a more agile approach would be necessary to streamline the process.
