Having soft skills to facilitate competitive serving rendering is important for any profession. The first skill that is a prerequisite for the Business Analyst is good communication skills. Analysts are required to master this skill as they should use it to better transfer knowledge for important areas such as Functional Analysis and Governance advisory.
