Agile Methodology Training

The Scrum Framework used for Agile Methodology Training

The Scrum framework is a tool used in developing software and tackling projects that are complex in nature. Using the scrum framework forms part of your Agile Methodology Training. It is a framework that is adapted to accommodate agile methodologies to projects. Even though it is primarily used in IT software development environments, it can be adapted for use in other business environments. The premise of this is based on teams working together towards a common goal adopted according to agile principles. It provides an anchor for agile principles.

There are three levels for Scrum training that agile professionals must go through. They are as follows:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
  • Certified Scrum Developer (CSD)

The role of the CSM is a Project Management role. The Scrum Master ensures that the team is focused on the project deliverables required for completion. The CSPO is responsible for adhering to developmental requirements in line with business practices. The CSD works with a team to build products that have an iterative approach to solutions.
