CPRE EXAM

Format of the CPRE Exam

The Foundation Level CPRE exam comprises 45 multiple choice questions which must be completed in 75 minutes. It is a closed-book exam and the only reference material allowed during examination is a dictionary. The pass level for this exam is 70%.

The examination for the Advanced Level consists of two parts. The first part is a written exam consisting of multiple choice questions and follows the same format and length as that for the Foundation Level exam. No aids are permitted to be used during examination.

The second part involves a written assignment on original work performed on a pre-defined topic. This part of the Advance Level examination has to be submitted within 12 months of successful completion of the first part.
